Nicholas W. Ruickoldt is a P&C insurance agent / broker at The Russell Agency, LLC located in Southport, Connecticut. The Russell Agency is a full service insurance agency with clients throughout the United States. He received his undergraduate degree from Merrimack College and obtained his Property & Casualty License in the State of Connecticut. He attended schools at The Hartford, Chubb, and Chartis Private Client Group and will be receiving his CPIA designation in 2012. Nicholas is a member of the Connecticut Young Insurance Professionals and is active with PIA of CT and IIA of CT.
Nicholas currently serves on the GROWERS, Inc Board of Directors. He is a member of several Chambers of Commerce, he is member of The New Haven Rotary Club and is involved in numerous local and national charity and civic organizations.
Nicholas provides risk management solutions for commercial and personal lines clients. As a commercial lines agent / broker Nicholas provides solutions for small to medium sized businesses and places general liability, workers compensation, professional liability, product liability, commercial auto, excess liability and more.
His active involvement in the insurance industry has prompted many company based initiatives and he has become a key contributor in providing clients, business associates, and other industry professionals with up to date and accurate information in this rapidly changing landscape. He is a contributor in company's quarterly news letter and is one of the emerging leaders in the insurance field.
