Walker is the fourth generation of the Russell family to choose a career at The Russell Agency. He joined the family business in June 2019, and graduated from The University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management Insurance in 2023.

Walker focuses on insuring successful individuals and families, small businesses, and farms in the Connecticut area.
