Crime Stoppers Works!

Recently Greg Germani, a good friend of The Russell Agency Senior Member Tim Russell, was intentionally run down by a motor vehicle in Atlanta. Thankfully, Greg survived but has a long recovery before him. In support of Greg, many individuals made contributions to Crime Stoppers to establish a reward for information leading to the arrest of the individual responsible for this horrendous act. An anonymous tip made to Crime Stoppers led to the suspects arrest. Many thanks to all who contributed to the reward. Please see the Atlanta Police Department's press release below.  

We would first like to thank all of you for following up on the case involving Mr. Gregory Germani.  Mr. Germani, a cyclist,  was seemingly intentionally struck by a vehicle on June 9th, 2014, at approximately 6:11 pm on Flagler Ave.  Through CrimeStoppers, we received several tips involving the red Dodge Nitro that was involved in this incident and two arrests have been:


On 7/16/14, approximately 6:20 pm, Shanelle Woodard, B/F, DOB 11-11-91 turned herself in at the Zone 2 Precinct located at 3120 Maple Dr.  Ms Woodard has been charged with Tampering with Evidence and was transported to the Fulton Co. Jail.


On 7/17/14, approximately 1:15 am, Joseph Lewis, B/M/ DOB 1-11-95 turned himself in at the Zone 2 Precinct located at 3120 Maple Dr.  Mr. Lewis has been charged with Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder, Aggravated Assault, First Degree Criminal Damage to Property, Aggressive Driving, Serious Injury by Vehicle and Reckless Driving.  He has been transported to the Fulton Co. Jail.
