Will Obamacare Subsidies Survive the US Supreme Court?

The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday agreed to decide whether tax credits are available to consumers shopping on the Affordable Care Act's federal marketplace, setting up a potential make-or-break case for the landmark law. The decision to hear King v. Burwell will not be welcomed by the Obama administration, as it prevailed in the case at the Fourth Circuit, which found that federal regulators reasonably interpreted murky ACA language to allow subsidies for HealthCare.gov shoppers.
