Connecticut Minimum Wage to Increase Effective January 1, 2016

Connecticut’s minimum wage will increase from $7.25, which is the federal minimum wage, to $9.60 per hour, effective Jan. 1, 2016. The updated wage and hour law poster, including the minimum wage rate for this year is available here. Employers are required to display this poster wherever covered workers are employed prior to the first of the year.
