Fairfield Partners with Local Firm to Develop Fairfield Video to Aid in Tourism
The Office of Community & Economic Development announced today that as part of its tourism initiative, the Town of Fairfield has unveiled a new video designed to give visitors a brief glimpse of what Fairfield has to offer. The short video is hosted on the Town’s website at http://www.fairfieldct.org/content/10724/default.aspx. “Fairfield is the quintessential New England town with a rich, 375-year history, picturesque coastline, vibrant restaurant scene and abundance of recreational, cultural and entertainment options. It’s really hard to capture it all in one short video, as there’s so much to see and do, all within minutes of each other,” said Mark Barnhart, Director of Community & Economic Development.
The Office of Community & Economic Development enlisted the help of local creative agency Smartfish Group to develop the new video. “Getting the opportunity to help support the needs of the town we live and work in was fantastic,” said Christian McMahan, Managing Partner, Smartfish Group. “It was amazing to be able to capture all the beauty, energy and diversity that Fairfield has to offer”.
“Christian and his team were a real pleasure to work with and extremely responsive to our needs,” commented Mr. Barnhart. “They helped us realize our vision and really delivered the goods, while being sensitive to our budget,” he added.
