Timothy G. Russell named one of Connecticut’s outstanding home and auto insurance professionals with fewer than 5% awarded. Southport, CT – Five Star Professional is pleased to announce Timothy G. Russell, The Russell Agency, LLC, has been chosen as one of Connecticut’s Five Star Home and Auto Insurance Professionals for 2017.
